for me la kan..
didn't agree with this..
why??
bcoz my mother teach sc n she knew how difficult to teach their stdent..
with term2 she even didn't know..
but i believed that student now xcellent..
n i know goverment do this koz can make easier for stdent to further their studies.
n comfort by this..
